*Convenience Store Manager*
As a BellStores manager, you have the ultimate responsibility for all store operations and activities.
You must ensure the effective, efficient, and profitable execution of all BellStores initiatives.
You will provide leadership and guidance to the store team in a fair and respectful manner.

*Qualifications*
* Prior management experience and/or prior BellStores experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
* Successful performance trends with no significant disciplinary incidents in the prior 12 months.
* Consistent compliance with the BellStores Drug and Alcohol Policy.
* Polite and professional behavior with team, customers, and vendors.
* Honest and dependable.
* Reliable transportation and phone communication.
* Ability to work 45-hour work weeks with flexibility as needed.
*Physical Tasks Required*
* Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
* Lifting up to 40 lbs
* Reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout each shift
* Indoor and outdoor work
* Must be able to hear, see, and speak.
