Eques Title is looking for a Title/Real Estate Case Manager who shares the same values of the firm.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 to 5 years experience in Title processes.
This candidate should be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, work well with people, able to manage high stress, and is comfortable with computers.
We would like the candidate to be close to one of our offices but this position can be a hybrid.

Summary: Title Case Manager will fulfill the function of managing the flow of the title process and be responsible for title commitments and policies.
This person will be responsible to attorneys to make title matters move quickly and efficiently with professional conduct through the process while coordinating with real estate brokers, banks, county offices, surveyors, and abstractors.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
1.
Works closely with customers, realtors, and lenders in a professional manner.
* 2.
Prepares title commitments and policies.
* 3.
Prepares the closing disclosure and distributes final figures to all parties.
* 4.
Manages contact with title examiners and closing personnel.
* 5.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the closing process from order entry to closing the matter.
* 6.
Files correspondence and documents as necessary.
* 7.
Ensures schedule is set according to attorneys' requests.
* 8.
Orders mortgage loan payoffs, insurance, and title updates.
* 9.
Ensures loan funding is secured prior to loan disbursement.
* 10.
Communicates via telephone, email, and fax with banks, real estate agents, and consumers.
* 11.
Responsible for funds to Safe Escrow of IOLTA account for purposes of escrow.
* 12.
Attends meetings as indicated by White Law Office or Responsible Attorney.
* 13.
Holds meetings with team members to coordinate the effective flow of information.
* 14.
May need to train team members for effective and efficient case management.
15.
Multi-task in a high energy environment at home or in an office with constant deadlines to be met.
* 16.
Recruit on occasion title examiners and remote closers across expanding markets.
17.
Examine and process data with Terra, Clio, First American’s Agent Portal and Box software.
* 18.
Be responsive to all customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner.
* 19.
Completes Housing and Urban Development forms and processes.
* 20.
Monitors and tracks closings and maintains ongoing task list for each closing.

Manages case flow for all title work and contacts the appropriate people to keep flow moving and seamless.
21.
Communicate with underwriter.
* 22.
Ensures that the annual title audit is completed as necessary.
23.
Ensures that everyone in the office holding a title license renews the license annually.
24.
Occasionally perform closings and train additional closers.
25.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
