McCleery Law Firm is seeking to expand, and is recruiting new and experienced attorneys to staff our New Philadelphia, OH office.

Duties of the Attorney include the following:
* Quick-response times to new client calls and aptitude in quickly establishing new client rapport.
Follow proven model for effective client intakes.
* Engage in client financial coaching at outset of case to guarantee plan of action that fits clients' needs and budget.
* Effective issue-spotting and creative, strategic thinking.
* Careful management of clients' resources in order to maximize results.
* Reasonable workload requirements and performance metrics tailored to a 40-hour work week.
* Respond rapidly to client care concerns to ensure clients are served promptly and all issues are timely addressed.
* Willingness to to engage in effective and productive mentoring relationships.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Additional bonus compensation based upon performance, and flexible schedule.
Working remotely is an option part-time following completion of initial training course.
