Newly pregnant

Hi, I’m pregnant and this will be my first time having a kid.
And buying stuff is rough lately for me because my dog is sick and dying so her vet bills and everything is expensive.
So I don’t have anything for the baby and if anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it.
I don’t even have things for me for this pregnancy.
Anything would help.
