Have a property you can't sell? - $1 (Eastern Ohio, Western PA)

If you have a tax burden that you want to get rid of and can't seem to sell, I will be happy to take it off your hands as-is! I will pay the costs for deed transfers, and maybe a little extra depending on the condition of the property, but normally, I don't pay much, so don't expect to get rich.
Especially if there are back taxes.
I am only offering this as a way out for people who are tired of taking care of, and in most cases getting constantly harassed by code enforcement/ city about a dilapidated property.
