*Job Description:* We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team in Carrollton, Ohio.
The successful candidate will be part of a project team focused on painting a multi-unit housing building in Carrollton.
This role involves various painting tasks, ensuring the highest quality of work, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
*Responsibilities:* * Spraying and back rolling surfaces to achieve a uniform finish.
* Caulking and puttying baseboards to prepare surfaces for painting.
* Performing brush and roll work on various surfaces.
* Spraying doors and trim, achieving a flawless finish.
* Maintaining equipment and ensuring all tools are cleaned and stored properly.
* Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace standards.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
* Skilled in various painting techniques.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
* Knowledge of different types of paint and their applications.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical workload.
