*Job Purpose:*
We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation.
In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
As a new company, you will have the opportunity to influence, determine, and develop our operational footprint and processes.
*Responsibilities:*
Working on the production line may include but isn’t limited to
* Weighing, mixing, and pouring ingredients
* Visually inspect product for quality
* Use of table saws, power tools, and heavy machinery (With training)
* Stand, bend, and walk during an 8-hour shift
* Repetitive tasks such as grabbing, reaching, lifting, and push/pulling 25 lbs.

* Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
* Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
* Able to work occasional overtime as needed
*The _ideal _candidate will be/have:*
* 1+ year(s) experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
* Strong work ethic and organizational skills
* Knowledge of table saws, scales, general and industrial power tools
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Able to do repetitive tasks, detail-oriented, understand and follow safety standards while handling material and equipment
* Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in speaking, listening, and writing in English
*Education:*
* High school diploma/GED preferred
*Experience:*
* 1+ year(s) experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
