_You must have a valid non-restrictive Ohio Drivers License, be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening, undergo a preemployment background check, and be able to withstand working in the sun and heat.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various manual labor tasks as directed by the foreman
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations using hand tools and equipment
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment as needed
- Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment
- Assist with the installation of various construction materials
Experience:
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles preferred
- Familiarity with dig, dump truck, loader operation, heavy equipment operation, commercial vehicle
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
