*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Press Operators operate electrically powered presses to cut, shape, and form metals used in manufacturing operations.
Performs operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming metals based on prints and other instructions.
Press Operator responsibilities include operating equipment, basic quality control inspections, recognizing condition of dies, positioning and removing parts from the die.
Keeps a record of operational data and may performs routine equipment maintenance.
Additionally, Press Operator monitors work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type, and quantity to be processed.
All employees are to comply with the rules established in the Seven Ranges Employee Handbook which will provided upon hire.
*Qualifications:* ·No previous press operating experience necessary but must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
· Must comply with the Seven Ranges Drug Free Workplace Program policy and provide a negative Pre-Placement drug test result (10-panel urine-based drug test) at Seven Ranges’ expense.
*Education and/or Experience:* · High school diploma or equivalent (G.
E.
D) preferred.
*Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:* · Candidates with a valid driver’s license preferred.
· Powered Industrial Truck Permit (training will be provided by Seven Ranges Mfg.
Corp.
) *Other Job Details:* Must be able to perform physical activities including: twisting, turning, standing, sitting, grasping, repetitive motions of hands and/or feet, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
, push, pull, and use lower body.
Personal protective equipment including earplugs and safety glasses will be provided for employees and are required at all times.
Operators must pay for and wear sturdy and comfortable shoes (do not have to be work boots or steel toed footwear).
*Shift Schedule:* Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with paid 10-Minute breaks at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
There is also an unpaid 30-Minute break between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
An additional evening shift may be added when necessary (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM).

time clocks run 10 minutes fast.
*Benefits:* *Starting rate is $13.
00 to $14.
00 per hour.
* Employees will be eligible to enroll in medical insurance after completing 60-day probation period.
Paid holidays available for eligible employees and paid vacation begins on first anniversary of hire date (minimum work hours will apply).
