00/hr afternoon and midnight shift differential* _*Duties/Responsibilities:*_ * Control film gauge and width to required specification * Make heat, speed, and tension adjustments as needed to produce quality material * Oversee extrusion operation and delegate duties as necessary * Set-up of machine for production runs including die and roll changes * Properly clean and maintain extrusion dies * Effectively communicate with other extruder personnel and QC _*Required Skills/Abilities:*_ * Ability to accurately follow instructions * Basic computer skills * Operate a lift truck * Read a tape measure * Excellent communication skills * Mechanical aptitude _*Physical Requirements:*_ * Lift 50 pounds frequently _*Education and Experience:*_ * High School diploma or equivalent _*Benefits:*_ * $2.
