We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Quality Supervisor to join our warehouse in Canton, OH.

*Job Summary:*
· Manage quality control processes for molded components for entire product life cycle.
· Collaborate with Manufacturing to control and continually monitor plastic molding processes.
· Ensure first piece and hourly inspections are completed per control plan.
· Manage technicians for effective QA activities on all shifts.
· Aid analysis of customer/Internal defects and implementation of corrective actions.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
*Education:*
o Minimum HS Diploma /GED
o Technical education / Relevant QA certification preferred.
*Experience:*
o Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Quality.
o Working knowledge of manufacturing of thermoplastics or volume manufacturing.
o Proficient in common inspection methods, gages, calipers, and test equipment.

*Reporting*:
o Reports to Quality Engineer/Manager.
*Responsibilities: *
· Ensure that first article inspection is effectively completed, and production commences on-time.
· Ensure that daily inspection is completed per control plans and issues resolved effectively.
· Collect and analyze inspection data for trends and provide reports as needed.
· Ensure timely containment and effective corrective actions for internal or external concerns.
· Supervise and support quality technicians in daily inspections and continual conformance to product specifications.
· Manage deviations, resolve disruptions, and complete sort activities as needed.
· Support in development of inspection standards, APQP documents and internal PPAP.
· Assisting QE for SPC or DOE activities as needed to reduce product variation.
· Support internal auditing activities per applicable ISO/IATF standards.
