Eckinger Construction builds retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial projects throughout the country that offers clients a diverse scope of services to meet all building needs.

Excellent communication skills are required.
Job duties include: · Organize the bidding process on multiple projects at one time utilizing our project management software · Reaching out to receive subcontractor quotes for bidding projects · Coordinate and book travel for onsite job superintendents · Work with project management team to complete weekly reports and photo PowerPoints · Scan and archive project files · Other administrative duties as required Qualifications: · 3-5 years’ experience working in office environment · High School degree · Microsoft office software · Strong communication skills · Must be detailed orientated Position Includes: · Hourly pay · Day shift – Monday thru Friday · Full benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision · Retirement 401(k) Plan · Paid time off accrued on length of employment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
