Maintenance Technician-Night Shift
Reports To: Night Production Manager
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00PM-6:00AM
Pay Rate: Hourly plus shift differential
Job Summary
This position requires a highly motivated and detailed individual with great time management skills to be part of the Maintenance team whose primary responsibilities are the mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs of production equipment at the Cherry Ridge facility during the night shift.

Job Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Able to effectively troubleshoot to find a solution.
Able to follow a schedule for repairs set by the Maintenance Supervisor that will allow all areas of production to continue to flow.
Conduct the hand off procedures with the daylight shift and clearly communicate with them on what issues or repairs took place during the night shift.
Bending and hanging conduit, make wire runs and connections to equipment.
Install and Repair Electrical and Mechanical Equipment.
Operate a forklift to move material around, load/unload, lift/move material which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
Perform any other duties as instructed by leadership.
Job Requirements
Include but are not limited to the following:
Electrical knowledge (Highly preferred)
PLC Troubleshooting
Metal Fabrication/Welding experience
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Experience with 110, 240 and 480-volt 3 phase

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear.
The team member frequently is required to stand (sometimes for extended periods); walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and lift to 50 pounds.
The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces).
The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands and can climb ladders and/or work in high places.
