PORTER-CABLE 362V 4-Inch by 24-Inch Variable Speed Belt Sander Purchased new in 2018.
Used to sand our subfloors after new construction as the rain caused some swelling in the OSB.
Worked great and has been sitting in the garage since then.
This thing is a beast.
There's a small tear starting on the dust collection bag where it slips & clamps onto the sander, but otherwise it's in excellent condition.
