Activities that you will be engaged in enhancing your skill set include:
Evaluating customer needs
Educating customers on products and services
Selling New Tires, Retreads, Wheels, Services and Mechanical
Leverage tire manufacturer resources available to win new business
Developing effective sales strategy
Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
Monitoring competitor activities
Maintaining good relationships with customers
Conducting market and industry research
Negotiating with existing and potential customers
Maintaining electronic records of sales leads
Resolving customer complaints
Collaborating with Service and Mechanical Departments
Our Commercial Truck Center and home base for this challenging position is in the Louisville market.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
OUTSIDE sales experience with a track record of sales goal attainment
Ability to conduct face-to-face sales calls and develop a rapport with both existing and target customers
Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
High attention to detail and organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great customer service and problem solving skills
Self-directed to achieve sales goals
Knowledge of Excel & Windows
A clean driving record
