RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

~SEEKING PART TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE~ The Retail Associates are responsible for providing customer service and friendly positive customer experiences.
The Retail Associates are responsible for the following functional areas: * Greets and interacts with customers.
* Answers telephone calls.
* Answers customer’s questions about merchandise & purchase decisions.
* Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
* Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* On-the-job training provided.
* Interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Part time position, 1-3 shifts during the week and be available for Saturdays.
Close daily by 4:30 p.
m.
No Sundays.
