Activities that you will be engaged in enhancing your skill set include:* · Evaluating customer needs · Educating customers on products and services · Selling New Tires, Retreads, Wheels, Services and Mechanical · Leverage tire manufacturer resources available to win new business · Developing effective sales strategy · Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance · Monitoring competitor activities · Maintaining good relationships with customers · Conducting market and industry research · Negotiating with existing and potential customers · Maintaining electronic records of sales leads · Resolving customer complaints · Collaborating with Service and Mechanical Departments Our Commercial Truck Center and home base for this challenging position is in the Louisville market.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: · OUTSIDE sales experience with a track record of sales goal attainment · Ability to conduct face-to-face sales calls and develop a rapport with both existing and target customers · Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task · High attention to detail and organization · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Great customer service and problem solving skills · Self-directed to achieve sales goals · Knowledge of Excel & Windows · A clean driving record If you are looking for a successful sales career, we are the company for you!
