Job Requirements: Must have 2+ year’s sales experience.
Knowledge of truck or tanker parts favorable, but not necessary.
Able to visit customers, cold-call and must have good phone skills.
Troubleshoot to help customers find parts needed for their truck/tanker.
Ability to keep solid records, paying attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Duties Include:
· Taking calls, emails from current and new customers for selling aftermarket parts
o Getting VIN number of tanker, researching parts needed
o Place PO’s (Intercompany & Vendors) to acquire Parts
o Generate Quote, Sales Order, Packing List & Invoice in database
· Create new ways to gain customers
o Find distribution paths for OEM parts
o Visit current customers, cold call possible new customers
· Pinpoint parts that benefit aftermarket sales customers, reducing customer lead-times
o Set up parts in database
o Create PO’s and/or Blanket PO’s to Vendors
o Run MRP to assure parts are in stock and on order if necessary
· Lost Sales Report
o Keep records from lost sales to find out reasons and document
· Help Develop monthly email blasts
o Keep records of all customers emails, updating as necessary
o Pinpointing best parts to feature, take pics, work with Marketing to get this out monthly
· Help to develop Aftermarket Sales Website
Salary based on experience and knowledge; commission will be based on sales generated monthly
