The Marketing Coordinator’s role is responsible for developing and executing overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts for both Kimble Company and Kimble Recycling & Disposal Inc.
This position will have a direct impact on the brand through progressive marketing strategies across all media.
The person will be responsible for all areas of the marketing mix with special attention to organic and paid media.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* College degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in marketing and social media (either personal or commercial).
* Expert communication skills - both written and in person.
* Experience with Adobe Suite, Asana and Canva.
* Ability to interact with management, fellow employees, clients, and public.
* Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Produce, maintain, and execute schedules for social media posts.
* Engage and connect customers and followers on Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
* Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
* Use independent judgement combined with the identity of the customer to highlight Kimble’s brand and voice with end consumers.
Customer-first attitude and ability to adapt your writing voice to various audiences.
* Assist with sponsorships and donations by tracking and presenting.
* Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
* Align social media strategy with the brand initiative - write, edit, and craft content for the social media outlets.
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on that information.
* Assist multiple departments across Kimble to generate sales material and marketing tools as needed.
Manage database of photos/videos/gifs/etc.
* Assist with communication with outside vendors.
Help push to get the best deals and monitor that we receive the services we have paid for.
* Assist with coordination of tours and other visitor communications.
* Travel to other locations as needed.
* All other duties as assigned by management.
