*GPS Sales Assistant - National Accounts - Ohio Office*
*General Statement of Duties:*
Responsible for assisting the Director of Food Service/Ohio Operations in overseeing routine and advanced duties of sales support, customer communications, organization of marketing & sales information while helping to grow GPS Sales
*Supervised By: *Director of Food Service / Ohio Operations
*Supervises: *NONE
*Primary Job Duties:*
· Supports GPS Sales team in daily tasks
· Maintains and Updates Customer Sales Contact Information as directed by supervisor
· Follow up Customer communications via phone, email, & other means as appropriate
· Handles Sales Requests and Queries
· Identifying Leads and New Potential Markets for Sales as requested by supervisor
· Manage Sales Program Information
· Provide Reports as requested by supervisor
· Maintain Sales Assets Library (Spec Sheets, Catalog, Technical Data – product artwork & packaging library)
· Assist with sourcing new product as required by Director of Food Service
· Calendar Creation/Maintenance
· Evaluate & update Project Board System as directed by supervisor
· Other Duties as required and authorized
*Secondary Job Duties *
· Backup for Director of Food Service as requested by Supervisor
· Provide back-up coverage where needed
· Continued Education and Development Program when provided by GPS
· Back Up Support for collections for Ohio Divisions

*Physical Requirements:*
· Sitting at a desk using computer and monitor most of the workday
· Some walking around office and warehouse required
· Reaching with hands and arms is continuous throughout the workday
· May be required to occasionally push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds
· Able to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines
· Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace
*Experience/Education Requirements:*
· Administrative Office Professional Certification or Experience Equivalent
· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.
30 - $17.
30 per hour
