*Job Summary:*
As a Phone Sales Representative specializing in Cricket products, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers over the phone, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
You will use your communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
*Responsibilities:*
*Taking Calls:*
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and promote cricket products, highlighting key features and benefits.
*Product Knowledge:*
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's Cricket product line.
Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
*Customer Engagement:*
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.
Effectively communicate how cricket products can meet customer requirements.
*Sales Consultation:*
Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable cricket equipment based on customer input.
Address customer concerns, provide additional information, and overcome objections.
*Closing Sales:*
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion.
*Customer Follow-Up:*
Maintain a proactive approach to customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries.
Build and nurture customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities.

*Sales Reporting:*
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Join meeting huddles to help report these sales and report trends during morning huddles.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Familiarity with cricket or sports equipment is a plus.
*Education:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
*Training:*
* Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.
*Work Environment:*
