Marketing Manager Job Duties: The Marketing Manager is an experienced professional responsible for budgets, schedules and tracking for all media campaigns, promotional materials and donations for the Bank.
The Marketing Manager coordinates advertising projects, staying within established budgets and maintains accurate records.
The role will serve as a technical expert with information systems operations (NetTeller, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, E-statements, Website, etc.
The Marketing Manager will uphold the Bank’s philosophy and principles through the development and implementation of customer driven and customer friendly products and services, teamwork, positive attitude, friendly demeanor and professional attire.
Conducts an annual review of these campaigns, materials, donations, vendors etc.
, for recommendations to develop new products/strategies or modify existing ones by exiting, expanding or limiting services/contributions.
Reviews all advertising materials for correct and easy-to-understand terminology.
Provides research and documentation for new and existing projects to determine project and service usages, customer satisfaction and a competitive advantage.
Provides clear, concise and truthful advertising messages following all advertising regulations.
Maintains a marketing compliance file system.
Assists with the Bank’s website, on-hold music and TV content.
Chairperson for the Marketing Committee and manages the meetings.
Assists with creating and proofreading flyers, forms, brochures, newsletters, articles, billboards and lobby displays.
Manages, coordinates and attends various events such as parades, school presentations, community activities, chamber events and activities after hours regularly.
Provides professional interaction with many community vendors.
Assists with standardization of branch appearance, tracks volunteer hours, orders supplies, tracks inventory, distributing all forms and supplies to the branches.
Conducts product knowledge training and produces product training materials.
Provides in-depth training for new hire or personnel being promoted.
Attends bank meetings when necessary, be available to travel to all offices and attend training seminars as determined by management.
Answers the phone and assists customers with questions or problems in a professional manner.
Assumes any additional responsibilities assigned.
