We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
● Paid search marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, etc.
)
● Email marketing
● SMS/MMS marketing
● SEO management
● Research & analytics
This position will report directly to the Chief of Strategy receiving creative direction and guidance from the Creative Director as needed.
While the main focus of this position surrounds digital advertising, other duties may include social media content creation and management, client onboarding, and general agency tasks.
We are a highly collaborative team, aiming to collectively support each other and our clients.
We are willing to train the right candidate, but we would love to see the following:
● 1-2 years of marketing, agency, or communications experience
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Attention to detail and ability to ask questions.

Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support and manage our clients’ digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
While we are open to the possibility of this role adapting as we go based on your feedback and client needs, below are the general duties you can expect from this position:
● Creating digital ads
● Managing PPC campaigns
● Creating and annotating monthly analytic reports for clients
● Communicate with clients, teams, and partners to ensure all projects are executed in a timely and proficient manner
● Track hours on projects
● Follow creative direction, ask questions and determine appropriate solutions.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly company wide meetings
