Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Closing Associate to join our team.
As an Closing Associate, you will be responsible for performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facility during the night shift.
This is a full-time position with overnight hours.
Job Title: Evening Maintenance Associate Duties: - Cleans all areas of the facility both inside and out, utilizing tools, machines, and company approved chemicals and performs routine maintenance on machines and other equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilizes and maintains floor-cleaning equipment scrubbers, waters, and rug extractors to scrub and wax floors.
Physical Activities - requires fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.
