Consumers National Bank has an immediate Loan Operations Associate position available in our Minerva Corporate Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for verifying and maintaining record of rate updates for Federal, FHLB, and Fixed Rate Equity loans entered in systems.
Manages escrow accounts originated/closed, including reporting, disbursements, and customer service.
Monitor escrow accounts as they are originated / closed Ensure timely disbursement of Semi-Annual Real Estate Taxes Ensure timely disbursement of Homeowner’s insurance premiums Ensure timely processing of annual escrow analysis statements for Fixed & Variable rate loans Process Monthly remittance of PMI premiums due Process Monthly remittance of Credit Insurance premiums due Monitor PMI covered loans for required cancellations and borrower requested terminations Responsible for the first review of HMDA data & ensure timely submission of the HMDA-LAR annually Process file maintenance on loans.
Answer questions from customers regarding their loans.
Resolve issues related to the data on existing loans, as they arise Communicate with Loan Servicing Department team members and branch staff Scan documents into the system for file and record keeping purposes Assist Supervisor in preparing/gathering request items for Internal Audit and Loan Review.
Skills/Experience/Education: Minimum 2 years progressive banking and/or loan processing documentation experience preferred Well-developed oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills Reading and proofreading skills Requires visual speed and accuracy, ability to take oral directions Well-developed time management and organization skills Able to exercise appropriate judgment and seek/involve management when necessary Possess well developed analytical, mathematical skills Ability to accept management instruction and execute tasks while under pressure Strong customer service orientation Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS Individual operates in a non-confined office setting in which they are to move about at will; 90% of time sitting at desk or attending meetings.
