Female cat (Tippecanoe)

This is Masie! She knows her name and also knows her nickname “Mase mase” she comes when called normally, litter box trained, and doesn’t get into much mischief.
She has vet records and is microchipped, spayed, has some shots but idk if they’re up to date per se.
She’s a good cat, just very ordinary, nothing special about her.
She doesn’t like to sit on laps or be cuddled she just likes being seen and pet occasionally.
We have a very active household with young children and I feel like she would be happier somewhere more chill.
She is interested in what you’re doing and will clean your dirty dish if you leave it on the table.
She’s a regular grey tabby, she just turned 4, her bday is February 8th 2020.
She likes to be present and will normally follow us into whatever room we go in (doesn’t mean she wants to allow you to pet her tho) but she’s a good girl.
She will inform you when the food bowl or water dish is empty or she hears something suspicious like another cat locked in a closet.
She will get in your face and tell you until you listen.
Small rehoming fee for the fact that she’s spayed and everything.
Would like to get $40 but I’m open to lower offers since she’s already 4.
