Beautiful bird (New philadelphia)

I have a 10 month old male parakeet.
His name is Blu.
He has a cage and toys also has feed.
He is flighted.
He doesn't like held at this point but he will land on you and sit.
We have put alot of work into him.
I am asking a small rehoming fee.
Please don't ask about codes as you will be wasting both of our time.
Must be able to pick him up at my house I don't drive
