1 year old male chihuahua (New Philadelphia)

I have a 1 year old male chihuahua named Scrappy that I need to find him his forever home.
He is not neutered.
He is up to date on his shots.
He can be very rambunctious and hyper.
He gets along with other dogs, with that being said, he likes to hold down any type of dog and hump them to death lol.
He can get very aggressive when humping other dogs weather it's females or males.
He weighs no more than 7 pounds and will not get any bigger than what he is.
There is a rehoming fee of 300.
