*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking a Medical Health Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a 2nd-year nursing student, Certified Medical Assistant, State Tested Nurses Aide, or EMT, passionate about making a positive impact on patient care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of medical professionals.
* Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
* Support patient activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of patients.
* Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate care.
* Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
* Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
*Qualifications:*
* Enrollment in a 2nd-year nursing program, Certified Medical Assistant, State Tested Nurses Aide, or EMT certification.
* Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
* Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to various healthcare settings.
* CPR certification (preferred).
