Don’t miss out on this job opening with us! POSITION SUMMARY The IT Manager role is the primary role for managing all technical aspects and relationships with our clients.
They own the day-to-day needs of our clients as well as actively participating and leading goals agreed upon by the client and Vinson.
They will manage all of the projects and delegate tasks to the teams.
They will prepare appropriately for client meetings, lead discussions and provide direct follow-ups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes, but is not limited to the following: Manage and provide support for technology-related projects (ex.
Security Camera system setups, Upgrading or rewiring rooms, -Upgrading Technology) Serve as an escalation as needed for Field Technicians Communicate updates to Grid Services Team and make necessary documentation updates regarding Account Services Sheet Communicate updates to Grid Services Team and make necessary documentation updates regarding the Network & Infrastructure Sheet Work with Grid Team to provide information for Annual Audit of Accounts & Groups Identify new projects with the client and work with the Project Manager to build out the project Work in conjunction with Grid Services to implement Vinson Group, LLC standardized solutions for technology projects Deliver project communication to clients and staff Ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline Close out projects upon completion Escalate Network & Infrastructure and Data & Application Services tickets to Grid Services as needed Follow up on aged tickets (over 30 days old) by updating the ticket with a note no longer seven days Confirm tickets are completed promptly and properly.
Provide follow-up on unresolved tickets Conduct daily team calls as needed Conduct monthly operations meetings Develop action plans, set timelines and maintain continuous communication to manage the client’s expectations on a day-to-day basis Assist Regional Director of Technology in creating milestones, tasks, and planning for clients Deliver the services outlined in the support contract developed for each client Communicate project milestones and updates on project status to the client Communicate outages to clients and staff on a consistent level Act as a point of contact for Clients ordering technology equipment Own 3rd Party Vendor Sheet and confirm it is updated and accurate Own client Inventory documentation and ensure it is updated throughout the year Own all updates to the account services sheet and ensure audit milestones are complete Communicate with Clients as it relates to critical/high visibility issues and escalate grievances as appropriate Verify clients receive their bi-weekly Health Check Report (tickets on hold) Schedule a monthly/quarterly meeting with all clients to conduct Operations Meetings (as outlined in the contract) Collect feedback on the technician’s performance from the client Ensures accuracy for both Time and Data Entry by reviewing/submitting timesheets on a weekly basis Delegate daily work to Field Technicians and schedule them by location Manage project deadlines and communicate any project issues to the team/upper management as appropriate Serve as point of contact for Field Technicians with questions/issues and provide guidance or escalation Set an example for the team by consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism Act as a mentor and provide coaching and training to Field Technicians Conduct quarterly Touch Points and Annual Reviews with Field Technicians Conduct and document weekly Field Team Huddle calls to discuss any issues, company updates or client feedback Participate in scheduled Regional Director lead team meetings and quarterly company training Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Other Physical Demands include: Ability to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to manipulate computer keyboard, objects, or controls.
Requires employee to frequently stand, climb, crawl, walk, pull and/or push.
Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 40-hours.
Our hours of operation are from 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We offer flexible schedules from within this time frame to fit your needs.
