Shift managers play a vital role in our success as a business by assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members while also providing high quality service and food to our customers.
Job responsibilities include providing guidance and coaching to crew team members, including assignment delegation, instruction, and follow-through.
Shift managers ensure proper training for crew team members and maintain safe working conditions by ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed.
To assist you in learning to be a successful part of our team, we offer on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.
This position does not include direct supervision of other employees, however Shift Managers do monitor tasks performed by crew team members to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) as well as execute established cost control systems including proper food prep amounts, procedure execution, and bin chart usage to minimize food cost.
Shift managers may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures.

What we expect from you
Ability to legally work in the US.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
Ability to take direction and work well with others.
Ability to react to change and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
