HR Supervisor

Position Overview:
The HR Supervisor will report to our Managing Director and will be based out of our Canton, OH facility.
You will be the go-to person for all employee-related inquiries and HR functions for our three different locations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR related documentation is timely and complete.
• Manage the recruitment process including managing requisitions, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Assist employees with health and 401K benefit enrollments.
• Oversee and manage the site-level payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Manage the employee engagement survey and associated actions.
• Coordinate leave management administration.
• Some occasional travel may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum three to five years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Experience with Ceridian DayForce is a plus.
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed that includes:
• Competitive annual salary range $75,000-$85,000 based on experience.
