PLEASE READ LOCATION & TERMS BEFORE BIDDING! **PICKUP IS IN CANTON, OHIO (STARK COUNTY) AREA! Terms on Contents Buyers will pay a flat $35 Buyer’s Premium on each unit in addition to the Final Bid price.
Successful bidders will be emailed after the closing of the auction.
Your invoice will have the pickup address on it!! Purchasers must pay their invoice online before heading to pick-up (purchase price + $35 Buyer’s premium).
Buyers will pay $100 MINIMUM (CASH ONLY) as a clean out deposit to AAA Self Storage at pickup.
There is a deposit per unit and will be determined by the size and contents of each unit.
Deposit will be refunded by AAA Self Storage once the unit is verified as cleaned out.
Storage facility reserves the right to remove any units from the public sale at any time.
