After School Program Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee educational programs and initiatives - Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies - Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure program effectiveness - Monitor program budgets and allocate resources accordingly - Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement - Provide guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey - Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events related to the program - Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in education administration or related field or current CDA credentials - Proven experience working with students in an educational setting - Familiarity with higher education teaching methods and curriculum development - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education.
