Driver Recruiter

B&L Transport, Inc.
is looking for a Driver Recruiter responsible for recruiting and maintaining open driver positions.
*Main Job Duties Include:* * Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone, email, and/or text * Post jobs on job platforms * Follow up with candidates to help them through the qualification process * Communicate important employment information during candidate screening process (e.
g.
, compensation, hours, benefits).
*Skills/Knowledge Needed:* * Strong Phone skills - willing to make follow-up calls (Not cold calls) * Friendly and engaging personality * Self-motivated individual * Goal/outcomes oriented * Solid computer skills * Open to a “base + commission” compensation plan * Familiarity with Google Docs is helpful * Detail oriented * Full time position with some night and weekend work.
