Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide prompt and professional support to clients, addressing their insurance inquiries and concerns.
Policy Evaluation: Review and analyze existing insurance policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
Claims Processing: Assist clients with filing and tracking insurance claims, guiding them through the process and offering support.
Billing Support: Answer client questions related to billing, payments, and policy renewals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and building trust and loyalty.
Requirements
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous mindset with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.
