Job Description - Guest Service Representative About the hotel: The Sleep Inn & Suites Mt.
Hope is located in Amish country with easy access to the great east central Ohio outdoors.
Your Responsibilities: Your responsibility is to make each guest feel welcomed when they enter the hotel.
You will oversee the check-in and check-out experience is timely and a simple process for every guest.
Listening for and responding to guest complaints.
Light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area.
Assisting in other departments as needed.
