POSITION SUMMARY Support the sales efforts of Everence.
Provide technical expertise and clerical and administrative support for financial consultants.
Deliver excellent customer service to current policyholders, members, prospects, and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Answer phones - transferring clients to the correct extension.
Greet clients as they come in the door.
Scan backlog of documents into OnBase and maintain entry once backlog is cleared up.
Schedule appointments for financial consultants and help them to meet service standards for class tier clients as well as for investment reviews.
Follow up on and schedule appointments for Med Supp opportunities.
Organize consistent customer contact through birthday cards and recognizing other special events in clients' lives.
Maintain CRM documentation - keeping info correct, closing out appointments.
Assist with event planning.
QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Abilities: Personable: enjoys helping people Proficient with phone skills Proficient at keyboarding Knows, or has the ability to learn, technology and programs like OnBase, CRM, etc.
Team player who enjoys helping co-workers be successful SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None SCHEDULE: Part-time
