Hope, OH 44660)
Hours: Variable, Monday-Saturday

About the Role:
As the first face many of our customers see, you create the first impression of who we are and what we believe.
You provide memorable customer experiences and service that affirm they are our first priority! This position will allow you to use your excellent customer service skills when interacting with customers on the phone and in person.
You will develop long-term relationships with current and potential customers through engaging interactions, in addition to handling personal transactions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional service while building long-term relationships
Accurately processes retail and commercial transactions for customers
Identifies customers' needs and refers them to financial products, services or another subject matter expert
Answers phones and responds promptly and effectively to inquiries
Ensures customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner
Assists with opening, night depository, ATM processing and balancing, as well as closing duties
Understands the importance of and follows bank policies and procedures
Handles confidential information and documents to ensure customer privacy
Performs other various duties as requested or assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, always willing to help and go the extra mile
Ability to operate office equipment, including computer, calculator, copier/fax and scanner equipment
Effective communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
Prior cash handling experience preferred
Demonstrate accuracy, punctuality, and preparedness
Demonstrate problem-solving skills
FLOAT Tellers: Ability to travel to various FFCB Financial Centers to ensure adequate staff coverage
Schedule:
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00a-5:00p, Friday, 8:00a-6:00p and Saturday, 8:00a-12:00p.
This position is hourly and full time.
