- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
```Requirements```
-Able to work as a team player
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
