Service Center - Customer Service (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are: Assist customers with tool rental related questions at the rental/tool repair counter.
Schedule Rental deliveries in person, on the phone, via fax or email.
Answer questions – price, availability, and application of products.
Clean rented tools when they are returned.
Work the Saturday & Monday evening schedule.

Good communication skills.
Computer skills are preferred but not required.
