Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
-Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquires.
-Coordinate and maintain patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
-Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Google Workspace and appointment scheduling software.
- Passion for animals and a genuine desire to contribute to their well-being.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
