New Phila Hospitality LLC is currently hiring for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for the Hampton Inn.
The shift is 11pm-7am on Mondays and Tuesdays and 7am-3pm on Friday additional shifts available when other desk associates are on vacation or if a call off would happen.
Job responsibilities include:
Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure by providing courteous service and respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, cancellations, and complaints.
Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels through suggestive selling techniques to fill unoccupied rooms.
Handle the departments accounting system of money, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit and operate the department’s cash register.
Perform light clerical and cleaning duties including receiving incoming and outgoing mail and packages, faxing, photocopying, and bookkeeping, and keep front desk space clean and orderly.
Act as manager on duty when manager is not available.
Maintain information and communication sources such as room inventory, lost and found log, communication log book, and hotel directories.
Operate switchboard to handle customer inquiries, reservations, wakeup calls, and rerouting calls.
