Application Developer Reports To Manager of Application Development Department Information Technologies Location Walnut Creek Facility (2150 SR 39 Sugarcreek, OH 44681) Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM Pay Rate Salary Summary ProVia is seeking to hire an individual with a high degree of integrity to serve as an Application Developer on the Information Technologies team.
You will work as part of a team and individually to design and code functional programs and applications using web-based and mobile application development processes and methodologies.
Candidate is expected to uphold and represent ProVia’ s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and maintain existing in-house ERP and production systems.
Collaborate with IT resources and other departments to implement new features and programs using web-based and mobile application development methodologies.
Provide technical support to Customer Service, Production, and other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
5+ years’ experience in .
NET software development.
Proficiency in C# / VB.
NET.
Working knowledge of SQL Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of JavaScript, ASP.
NET/MVC, and mobile application development is a plus.
Physical Demands Ability to sit or stand, using a desktop computer or a laptop, as well as other office equipment and supplies continuously.
