Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities including residential homes as well as commercial and small businesses.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas in residential homes and businesses.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Following cleaning schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance equipment and machinery
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in work
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and individually
- Must be able to pass a background check
