Housekeeper

Columbia Woodlands is seeking full time professional housekeepers who are looking to be leaders in their industry where you will find growth and opportunity to join their team! At Columbia, a typical day looks like: Cleaning and maintaining cabins, tents, spa, venues and office buildings to make sure that it meets any housekeeping sanitation requirements and provides a vibrant, comfortable space Tidying up rooms.
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinks.
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
Making beds and changing linens, sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
Steaming and cleaning draperies.
Vacuuming cleaning carpets and rugs as well as polishing, and mopping hard floors We're looking for you if you: Possess knowledge of and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirements, with a willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment.
Are able to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs, using active listening skills to make sure that the cleanliness and sanitation standards & needs of the clients are met.
Desire to develop strong leadership skills in order to manage housekeeping staff using exceptional organization and scheduling tactics.
Have the desire to deliver reliably outstanding customer service.
Operating with integrity and honesty while maintaining high energy levels.
