The Process Technician I is a skilled position within our production departments.
The person appointed will be expected to maintain and improve the safety and quality of the facility by executing a predetermined plan.
Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed to be able to coordinate strategy with the management team.

* Buttermaker
* Cheesemaker
* Membrane Specialist
* Milk Receiving
*Essential Job Functions *
* Daily paperwork
* Processing ingredients
* Testing of products
* Calibrate scales
* Maintain and update documentation
* Cleaning of machines daily
* Maintain GMP Policy (Hand washing, clothing, hair nets, beard guards, etc)
* Monitor automated washing procedure
* Maintaining cleaning log
* Chemical sampling
* Performing Preventative Maintenance
* Inspection of equipment
* Review prior shift reports
*Required Skills *
* Knowledge of Food industry preferred
* Ability to articulate effectively, both verbal and in writing
* Proven ability to deliver results
* Fine attention to detail
* Mechanical inclination
* Ability to motivate staff about the importance of Sanitation, Quality and Safety
*Required Experience and Education *
* Successful track record of delivering results
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment
