ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to): • Knowledge of Sanitation Standards and Regulations: o Understanding of relevant sanitation regulations and standards such as USDA & FDA, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.
o Ability to interpret and implement sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Sanitation Practices: o Proven experience in developing and implementing sanitation programs and procedures.
o Familiarity with sanitation equipment, chemicals, and cleaning techniques.
o Ability to conduct sanitation audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
• Leadership and Management Skills: o Strong leadership skills to oversee sanitation teams and coordinate sanitation efforts across departments.
o Ability to train, coach, and motivate sanitation staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
o Effective communication skills to convey sanitation protocols, procedures, and expectations to all relevant personnel.
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: o Keen attention to detail to identify potential sanitation risks and develop preventive measures.
o Ability to troubleshoot sanitation issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
o Capacity to analyze sanitation data, trends, and metrics to improve processes and efficiency.
• Organizational and Time Management Abilities: o Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet sanitation deadlines.
o Ability to create and maintain sanitation schedules, documentation, and records.
o Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Technical Knowledge and Continuous Improvement: o Proficiency in sanitation-related technologies, equipment, and software systems.
o Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sanitation technologies.
o Participation in relevant training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance sanitation expertise.

Requirements Physical Job Requirements: • Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Following established cleaning schedules and maintaining accurate records of completed tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to use the following equipment: o Pallet jack, Tumbler/slicer, Ovens, Pressure washer, Floor cleaners • Job requires lifting (80 Pounds), bending, standing, walking, carrying, sitting.
