```Duties```
We are seeking a dedicated assistant teacher to join our team.
Your role will involve helping lead teachers plan and implement age-appropriate activities, providing individualized attention, and promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities:
- Help implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs and abilities
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development

To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for working with young children and possess the following skills:
- Experience in childcare, toddler care, or infant care settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and behavior management abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
