Position Purpose:
Perform administrative duties for Vice President/General Manager, Director of Finance, and Director of Operations.
Provide assistance to other members of the Executive Staff as needed.
Essential Functions:
1.
General administrative duties that include coordination of monthly report, weekly staff meeting, meetings w/customers, presentations (PowerPoint), coordination of VP/GM’s calendar, typing, mail distribution.
2.
Travel Responsibilities:
a) Coordinate travel for VP/GM, Director of Finance, Director of Operations.
b) Support all international travel which can include obtaining passports/visas.
c) Oversee travel for all Trailer Division, providing support to employees, answering questions, providing updates of travel policy changes.
3.
Coordinate all aspects of meetings for visitors; travel/room accommodations as needed, agendas, presentations, lunches, gifts.
4.
Provide Administrative support of on-line Capital Expenditure Request (CER) process.
5.
Oversee distribution, ordering, and support of cell phones assigned to employees.
6.
Work with Director of Finance to assist Sales in updating customer Long Term Agreements (LTA).
7.
Provide back-up coverage to the reception area in the front lobby as needed.
8.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Training:
• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• College education a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative position required.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office required.
